We want to create products in our company's image color. We want to change the product color for each product line. We want to add color to parts of the product, etc. We can now produce dedicated color products in small quantities that we previously postponed due to lot sizes and delivery times. Previously... Material lot = 1 ton or more for dedicated production (materials for approximately 2,000 pieces of 500g products) Delivery time = 2 months or more With our manufacturing method: Material lot = No need for dedicated production as standard materials are used Delivery time = 2 weeks or less The sample photo shows a product made from transparent PET material that has been colored blue and vacuum-formed. Additionally, the back of the product has a frosted finish to prevent the contents from being clearly visible from the outside. When producing PET in custom colors, a material lot of 3 tons is required, but with our method, we accept orders starting from 30 products.
